Dirk Slater from has put together this Drupal-based test site showing how one could aggregate syndicated content from the many sex worker web resources that have RSS feeds available.
One challenge that sex worker rights organizations face is that being able to update their websites with timely information is difficult if there is only one person who can do this, and if that person is a volunteer, unpaid, or has to move on to another organization. Also, many groups are reporting on news and events of interest to sex workers and our organizations. If we could put all of that in one place using RSS, would that be helpful to our community? Is there a good reason not to aggregate this information and collect it into one, or a few, places?
